Money isn't real, so we made some.

 

Over the next few months we are releasing 66 satirical reimaginings of the highest value bank notes from each of the 66 first world countries on this planet. Each 'BANK NOT' is a NFT image and video of a physically constructed set utilizing lighting, smoke, then edited and paired to music of that country’s national anthem and recorded by session musicians in a prominent unnamed music studio.

There will be 500 units of each country’s 'BANK NOT' available. A proportion of profits will go directly into a DAO (Decentralized anonymous organization) that will be used to donate to microfinance funds that directly aid those disenfranchised by colonial structures. The microfinance funds will be chosen with direct consultation with Ben Rattray (Founder of Change.org) and Rachael Chong (Founder of Catchafire.org).

 

The first release will contain 'BANK NOTS' from the United States of America, France, India, Italy, Germany and a bonus inclusion of The Euro and North Korea.
